Electric Control Unit

Injection Unit
1. The injection system is optimized by a unique screw design with precise temperature control.
2. The repeatability is assured by the precise volumetric control and the proportional valves of pressure and flow.
3. Injection volume is sufficient to meet the production with multi-cavity molds.
4. Equipped with multi-zone thermal control on each injector. Each zone is set individually in accord with different characteristics of compounds and production conditions.

Mold-Holder Unit
1. To meet various productions, the mold-holder is designed to be suitable for different types of molds such as one mold one pair, one mold two pairs, one mold three pairs in small sizes.
2. The high clamping force of mold-holder is realized with hydraulic cylinders, which can automatically compensate the variation of mold thickness caused by temperature change.
3. The clamping system is equipped with two independent sets of cylinders at each station. The big hydraulic cylinders averagely distribute the high clamping force on the whole surface of the mold to avoid flash.
4. The mold open stroke is long to make collecting parts and cleaning mold easily.
5. There are independent temperature control units for up and down mold plates in each mold-holder. The temperature of each mold is controlled with high precision to produce parts with stable quality.

Furniture edge sealing glue can be divided into three categories according to the different base materials:
EVA (ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer resin) base material hot melt adhesive, this hot melt adhesive can be divided into two types with filler and without filler. Using EVA as the base material is the most common production technology for furniture edge sealing adhesives, and its main limitation is poor heat resistance. The ambient temperature of panel furniture sealed with EVA hot melt adhesive shall not be higher than 120°C;
POL YAMIDE (polyamide) based hot melt adhesive, this hot melt adhesive has good heat resistance and fast curing characteristics, the main disadvantage is that it is expensive.
HMPU (polyurethane) base material hot melt adhesive, it is a kind of hot melt adhesive with the best performance, and it is the guarantee of high quality sheet edge sealing. It is expensive and requires special usage.
The performance of furniture edge sealant
1. Viscosity of furniture edge sealant
The viscosity of furniture edge sealing glue does not directly reflect the performance of the glue. In general, the higher the viscosity of the furniture edge sealant, the better its initial tack strength, but the worse the coating performance. Low-viscosity hot melt adhesives have a smaller amount of glue and better wetting properties. Some hot melt adhesives with low viscosity and fast curing speed may also have high initial tack strength.
2. Density of furniture edge sealing glue
The density of furniture edge sealant is generally 0.95-1.6g/cm3, and its density depends on the amount of filler.
3. Softening point and use temperature of furniture edge sealing glue
The softening point is an indicator of the heat resistance of the furniture edge sealant. The higher the softening point, the less likely the furniture edge sealant will melt. At the same time, softening point is also an important aspect to measure the temperature resistance of panel furniture.
4. The opening time of the furniture edge banding glue and the feeding speed of the edge banding machine
Furniture edge sealant is widely used in the market because of its solvent-free, water-resistant, and environmental-friendly features.
