Recently, Daqing Petrochemical Company's new oil refinery with an annual output of 50,000 tons of automatic wax forming packaging production line successfully put into operation, production and packaging of 400 tons of qualified semi-refined paraffin products shipped smoothly. This marks the company's annual capacity of 170,000 tons of paraffin production and packaging.

This new molding machine mainly produces semi-refined paraffin wax and paraffin wax and other paraffin wax products. The whole set adopts domestic advanced wax board continuous molding machine production technology, which can achieve functions such as variable frequency speed regulation, tiered tensioning and transmission, and fault alarm, and it can realize the automatic packaging palletizing for the first time. Its investment has effectively reduced the labor intensity of employees and further improved the quality of paraffin wax.
