The Palm Dates Processing Line is considered one of the commercial and industrial food processing equipment. The Dates Washing and Cleaning Line from Colead is characterized by a very high productivity of up to 2 tons per hour, thanks to the high compatibility between mechanical operations within the machines that make up this line, and the line guarantees obtaining sterile, clean dates ready for any subsequent operations, whether packing or direct sales, and the line is also suitable for cleaning several materials such as citrus and vegetables.
The palm dates line is characterized by ease of cleaning and maintenance. The work begins with dates of different types and sizes, which is fed to the line through a conveyor belt, which transfers it to a specially designed vibratory cleaning machine to get rid of the impurities and sticks that may be found between the dates, then the dates pass through the quality control and manual inspection conveyor, which is equipped with overhead lights to facilitate the exclusion of any dates which are not valid by workers deployed on both sides of the line, then the dates are transferred via a conveyor belt to the water spray washing machine, which sprinkles cold or hot water over the dates with constant vibration to ensure that the dates are turned over and washed from all directions, then the washed dates pass through the air-drying process that aims to dry them from the washing water, then it goes to the drying and sterilization tunnel, which ensures that the dates are dried and sterilized from germs and agricultural pests, and it also softens the dates, which helps them to fill them later if desired. finally; the clean and sterilized dates are moved to the final product conveyor which give us the final product.
