Common faults and solutions in the use of plankton samplers:
1. Turn on the power, the indicator light is off.
(1) If the instrument does not have a voltage output, check if the insurance ALL is melted;
(2) If the instrument has a voltage output, check if the indicator light is burnt out;
(3) If the fuse is not blown, check if the transformer of the instrument is burnt out due to a partial short circuit of the circuit.
2. Turn on the power supply. The meter indicates unstable or the pointer is not positioned.
(1) Open the instrument panel to check whether the meter head is acicular, and observe whether there is any foreign matter on the coil;
(2) Check if the instrument case is grounded.
3. If the power is not turned on, the instrument head indicates a large swing; open the instrument panel to check whether the parallel resistance welding at the input end of the meter head is firm.
4. The number displayed by the digital pH meter is unstable or drifting after power-on.
(1) Check that the connectors of the instrument are secure;
(2) Check if the circuit board of the instrument is eroded;
(3) Check whether the input and output voltage of the instrument are stable;
(4) Check if the operational amplifier in the amplifier circuit is burnt out.
