Lining liner

The shape of the barrel liner has a great influence on the work of the ball mill . At present, there are several types of lap joints, waveforms, convex shapes, smooth shapes, stage shapes, and strip shapes.

When handling coarse-grained materials, the ball mill liner should be undulated (such as corrugated, convex, lapped) liners. In recent years, some sorting plants have promoted the use of strip liners. The undulating liner has the ability to raise the grinding media to a higher height, thereby enhancing the impact capability of the medium and increasing the productivity of the ball mill. Commonly used in the first stage of grinding, suitable for handling coarse materials.

Smooth-shaped liners are suitable for fine grinding (often referred to as the second stage of grinding). Because the smooth lining is easy to slide the steel ball, the grinding and peeling effect is strong, and it is suitable for processing fine material.

Usually the thickness of the lining is determined by the diameter of the mill, typically between 50 and 150 mm.

H-Beam Steel

H-beam is a kind of economical section and high-efficiency section with more optimized cross-sectional area distribution and more reasonable strength-to-weight ratio. It is named after its section is the same as the English letter "H". Since all parts of H-beam are arranged at right angles, H-beam has the advantages of strong bending resistance, simple construction, cost saving and light weight in all directions, and has been widely used.
