There are usually three possible reasons:
First, the relevant volume hole or oil circuit is partially blocked
Reason: Due to the partial blockage of the relevant oil passages such as the idle speed hole, the idle speed oil passage, the main volume hole and the transition hole, the oil supply of the carburetor related oil system is sparse, causing a poor transition.
Remedy: Decompose and thoroughly clean the carburetor.
Second, the main volume of the foam tube is blocked
Reason: The function of the carburetor foam tube is to promote the mixing of gasoline and air. After the foam hole on the foam tube is blocked by impurities, the mixing effect of gasoline and air is reduced, and the atomization quality is lowered, causing poor transition.
Remedy: Decompose and thoroughly clean the carburetor.
Third, improper adjustment of idle speed
Reason: During the transition, the carburetor oil supply mainly comes from the idle oil system. If the idle speed is improperly adjusted, it will affect the transition performance.
Remedy: Adjust the idle adjustment screw to ensure normal operation. The specific method is: first fix the plunger to the engine speed of the hoisting normal idle speed, rotate the idle speed adjusting screw left and right, find the maximum speed when the plunger position, slightly adjust the plunger adjusting screw, and reduce the engine speed. The maximum speed, so repeated, until the maximum speed of a certain plunger position is equal to the standard idle speed of the vehicle.
