JR metal precision stamping can stamp product ranging from0.01mm-0.02mm thick in the following alloys: Phosphor Bronze, Beryllium Copper, Copper, Nickel-Silver, Stainless Steel, Brass, and a wide range of other alloys.

Our equipment list features more than 25 set stamping machine 20-220t stamping machine, 5 set large-scale CNC machine ,10 set wire-cuting machine. This diversity of equipment ensures we will always have the perfect press for your particular application. The capabilities of our presses, coupled with the continuous improvements by our Design and Tooling groups, ensure consistent quality, competitive pricing and shorter lead times.

All required die maintenance is provided by JR throughout the life of your product at no charge. We are knowledgeable in the use of ferrous, non-ferrous, plastics and coated materials. Our presses range from 20 tons to 220 tons, with a max bed size of 3000mm long 1000 width.

Your tooling is designed, built and maintained in house.
We have an experienced design engineering staff who use innovative techniques and computer aided design to support our customers in product design, materials selection, methods, value analysis and tool design. Our master tool and die makers are experienced in building and maintaining low-volume and high-volume long run tooling, blanking, deep drawing and forming dies and gauging. JR stores and maintains your tooling to meet your quality and production needs, with all tool maintenance free of charge.
