From 2012 to 2017, the import tariffs on new tyres for light vehicles in Russia will be gradually reduced from 20% to 10%, and will be reduced by 2% each year. There will be no minimum tax limit for 2017. Import tariffs on new tires for buses and trucks will be reduced from 15% in 2012 to 10% in 2015, and specific taxes will be removed from 2012.
