After the frame is put into use, it can eliminate the safety hazard of workers falling down on the wood chip loading cover canvas, meet the needs of safe and fast loading and unloading wood chips in the port, and support the construction of local enterprises.

      This year, Chenming Paper, one of the three key projects of Zhanjiang, has increased its imports of wood chips through the terminal of Zhanjiang Port Group. In order to better do the port technical service work, support the construction and development of local enterprises, meet the needs of Chenming Paper for the improvement of the efficiency of wood chip loading and unloading ships and the safe and fast loading and unloading of wood chips, a branch of the technical team of loading and unloading technology, combined with on-site operations. The situation was designed to produce a mobile safety frame with a height of 6 meters and a safety arm of 5.34 meters. The mobile safety frame is reliable on the side of the long car with the wood chips. After opening the retractable safety arm, it is placed on both sides of the car like a protective fence. The worker who covers the canvas can attach the worn safety belt to the safety arm. On the top, it can eliminate the safety hazard of falling due to the cover canvas. The mobile safety frame is put into use, ensuring safe and fast work for loading and unloading wood chips.
