 DescriptionÂ
The end dump tipper trailer is used for the different kinds of cargos transportation. There is mainly two type of the dump trailers here. The U shape dump trailer and the square type dump trailers on the outer shapes. The thickness of the dump trailer box are various from 4 mm to 6 mm, and the thickness of the bottom floor are 6 mm to 8 mm. These are designed for stones or sands transportation. And for some customers, the dump trailers are used for the fruit transport, these are the semi dump trailers with a lightweight type. Â
The normal payload of the dump trailers comes from 30 ton to 80 ton with different technical specifications. And the max payload of the dump trailers is 100 ton. Breaking pads with good quality to enlarge the working length in order to reduce the cost of changing, is able to enlarge hundreds of kilometers.
The leaf spring of the semi-trailer is usually ten pieces which is much stronger than the normal type. And for the special type of the semi-trailers, the bogie suspension is available too.
The tire will be optional by the clients. And for the heavy duty type of the semi-trailers, we will make the suitable ones. And in order to meet the different requirements of the marketing area, the special type will be used too such as in Gabon, Africa we will choose the 13R22.5 instead of 12R22.5 ones 'cause of local requirements.
About the shipping, there is a special design for the trailers in order to reduce the cost of shipping. Like the front of the rear. And we have the special part for the shipping arrangement which can provide the professional support to reduce the cost of the shipping.
The lifting systems are only used on the tipping van trailers and the tipping containers. The model of the lift cylinder, there are #172 #196 #214 and the special type for the side tipping.
The vice beam of the tipping trailer is important to type too. The vice beam will be designed according to the total payload of the trailers, we will increase the density in order to make the trailers stronger. And the vice beam is the powerful guarantee of safe lifting.
