Steel Structure  
Mild steel is used to make the steel structure, after which we make the windows and doors in accordance with the drawings confirmed already. Usually ribs or ridges are added under the proof panel to make the proof stronger. All these make the modular unit well suited for use in the harshest environments. They can also be customized to accommodate site-specific wind and snow load requirements and have been proven in the extreme climates of the arctic.
 
Size  
We uses a "patented" design to convert cargo containers like 20ft(HC), 40ft(HC) into insulated modular units , which make them easily shipped as container. Of course, Each modular unit can be built and customized to the client's specifications.
 
Insulation  
PU spraying, EPS ,rock wall sandwich panel, plasterboard can be chosen as insulation inside. Actually insulation is not certainly must be requested if your weather is mild.
 
Plumb  
 
Shower, washroom, basin and so on can be finished here
 
 
 Electrical systems  
 
Electrical systems from basic UL/CE approved systems to complete custom industrial systems can be built into the modular units as required for individual client specifications.


 
 
 Commercial Units

 Usually we stack your bins with foam to protect your painting , also we can provide some paint with the bins for fixing when you  got the bins.

 Usually we need 30% as deposit, and balanced will be paid after sending you the scanned copy of documents like B/L,  Invoice packing list and so on.
