The three-channel rotary dryer is composed of three concentric cylinders of different diameters embedded in each other. Its special design enables the material to fully exchange heat with the hot air flow inside the machine, eliminating the appearance of wind tunnels in the section of conventional drying equipment. Caused by the small heat exchange area, the unit volume evaporation defect is low.

Due to the special structure of the three-channel rotary dryer, the length of the cylinder is 30%-40% of the single cylinder dryer, and the basic area is 65% less than that of the drum dryer (rotary dryer), and energy saving is 20%-30%. .
