Fourth, the basic construction of embedded parts (iron floor, anchor bolts, angle iron edge protection, etc.) by the user-owned. During the construction, measures must be taken to ensure the correct position of the anchor bolts and the iron floor. For this reason, it is recommended to adopt the method of secondary irrigation to locate, and it is necessary to ensure that no void is formed between the iron floor and the concrete. During the construction, it is necessary to ensure that the level and elevation of each iron floor comply with the requirements of the basic scheme drawings. The difference in the height of the center of each iron floor should be less than 2mm, the horizontal inclination of the iron floor should be less than 1/500, and the diagonal deviation of the center distance of each iron floor should be less than 2mm.
5. After the basic construction is completed, maintenance must be taken care of. In order to shorten the construction period and maintenance time, it is allowed to add "early strength agent" to the concrete during construction. The scale platform shall not be installed when the concrete does not reach the program strength.
6. The pound room solution of the electronic truck scale is determined by the user according to actual needs: a ground wire and 220V power supply must be set up in the pound room for use by the weighing control instrument. The pound room must be near the weighing platform. Special circumstances need to be informed in advance with our company.
7. Users in northern regions should consider the issue of heating in winter. Conditional users are advised to use air conditioning or heating, and coal stoves must not be installed in pound rooms.
8. The signal cable from the weighing platform is led out from the weighing platform and enters the pound room through the metal pipe. It is recommended to use a metal pipe and put on the iron lead of the cable at the same time.
