Recently, the Ministry of Agriculture's Natural Rubber Resources Protection Legislation Seminar was held at the Guangdong Agricultural Reclamation Bureau.
Hu Jianfeng, deputy director of the Agricultural Bureau of the Ministry of Agriculture, Feng Guangjun, director of the China Agricultural Reclamation Economic Development Center, relevant leaders of the Legislative Affairs Office of the State Council, and more than 20 expert leaders from the domestic rubber producing areas attended the meeting.
Lu Linhan, deputy director of the Guangdong Provincial Bureau of Land Reclamation, attended the meeting and delivered a speech.
This seminar put forward the background and basis for the legislation on the protection of natural rubber resources.
Participants conducted in-depth exchanges on the necessity of legislation on the protection of natural rubber resources, and at the legislative level, made suggestions for safeguarding the country's important strategic resources and developing China's natural rubber industry.
At the meeting, Hu Jianfeng announced that the legislative work on the protection of natural rubber resources was officially launched, and related requirements were put forward around the legislative work, on the theoretical and practical basis of protection regulations, scientific argumentation, legislative norms and quality, and policy support.
