Xinhuanet Beijing, January 24th, yesterday, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released the 292th batch of "Road Motor Vehicle Manufacturing Enterprises and Products Announcement". A total of 485 automobile, motorcycle and three-wheeled automobile manufacturers have applied for the "Announcement" of this batch, and the total number of new products is 2,489.
On December 29, 2016, the “Notice on Adjusting the Financial Subsidy Policy for the Promotion and Application of New Energy Vehicles†was introduced to raise the threshold of recommended models and dynamically adjust them. Among them, increase the power consumption requirement of 100 kilometers; improve the threshold of vehicle mileage; improve the safety requirements of power battery, cycle life, charge and discharge performance, set the threshold of power battery energy density; improve safety requirements. The policy has been implemented since January 1 this year.
The China National Vehicle Technical Service Center has issued the "Notice on Adjusting the Declaration Work". For the 2193 models that have entered the "Catalogue" before, they will be re-approved and require enterprises to re-declare. Only when they enter the catalogue can they receive subsidies.
The Catalogue published by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology is the first catalogue after the announcement. The finalists include 38 automakers including Dongfeng Motor Corporation, Beiqi Foton, BYD, Yutong Bus, Jianghuai Automobile and Geely Automobile. Among them, 36 logistics vehicles, 73 passenger cars, and 76 passenger cars. Among the 73 passenger cars that entered the Catalogue, BYD has 14 models, SAIC Group has 4 models, and Jianghuai Automobile has 3 models. In the passenger car field, Yutong Bus, Jinlong Automobile (including Xiamen Jinlong United Automobile Industry Co., Ltd. and Xiamen Jinlong Touring Car Co., Ltd.) and Zhongtong Bus, respectively, 17 models, 21 models and 15 models were shortlisted.
