In order to make the stress distribution of the casing uniform, a lining is installed outside the casing, and a rope groove is engraved thereon to align the steel ropes. In order to limit stress and avoid skipping and biting, the safety regulations specify the number of layers of wire rope winding. And when the number of winding layers is more than two layers, the height of the outermost layer of the wire rope is not less than 2.5 times the diameter of the wire rope; the wire rope is transferred from the lower layer to the upper critical section (equivalent to 1/4 rope length) It is often checked that the critical section of the wire rope should be struck by 1/4 of the rope loop every quarter.
The rope head of the wire rope must be fixed on the reel. It must have a special rope device and should not be attached to the reel shaft; the rope hole must not have sharp edges and burrs, and the bending of the zigzag should not form an acute angle to prevent The wire rope is deformed; three turns of rope are often wrapped around the reel as a friction ring to reduce the tension between the wire rope and the reel.
(2) Lifting machine safety device. The safety devices of the hoist mainly include: brake device, over-roll protection device, depth indicator, speed limit protection device and emergency foot switch.
1) Braking device. The brake device is the main safety device of the hoist. It not only satisfies the working brake when the hoist is in normal operation, but also can perform the safety brake (also called emergency brake) in case of accident. The brake device of the hoist should enable the hoisting system to brake quickly and smoothly. Its braking torque should be appropriate, not too small or too large. Too small will make the braking distance too large, even when the heavy load can not stop the car; too large will cause excessive deceleration and cause impact, and even cause ropes and other accidents. To this end, the safety regulations stipulate that when the working brake and the safety brake are working, the braking torque shall not be less than 3 times of the actual maximum static torque; when the heavy object is lowered, the deceleration of the safety brake shall not be less than 1.5 m/s2. The deceleration when lifting heavy objects must not exceed 5 m/s2.
2) Over-roll protection device. An accident caused by the lifting container being lifted to the wellhead without stopping and continuing upwards beyond the wellhead location is called a rollover accident. Such accidents often have serious consequences, such as pulling the derrick down or pulling the wire rope off and causing the lifting container to fall to the bottom of the well. When the lifting container is lowered to the bottom of the well without decelerating to stop, the accident caused by the impact with the bottom hole receiving device or the wellbore is called a canister accident, that is, a roll-over accident.
3) Depth indicator. The depth indicator indicates the position of the lifting container in the wellbore. When the lifting container approaches the wellhead, it can issue a deceleration warning signal to remind the driver to pay attention. At the same time, the over-the-counter protection switch, the automatic deceleration switch and the speed limiting cam plate are installed on the depth indicator.
4) Speed ​​limit protection device. The speed limit protection device is a device that can automatically stop the hoist and realize safe braking when the lifting speed exceeds 15% of the normal maximum speed.
5) Emergency foot switch. In order to be able to quickly cut off the power supply, emergency braking, and prevent accidents in the emergency situation of the hoist's work brake or main controller failure, an emergency foot switch is installed in front of the driver's desk. As soon as the driver steps on it, emergency braking can be achieved and the power can be turned off.
