One year has passed since the project was established, and the matching design and structural design of the electric vehicle axle, vehicle and motor have been completed.
In the design stage, the special team carried out detailed reliability checks on the bearings and gears in the electric axle, and carried out finite element calculation analysis on the axle structure to ensure that the fatigue performance of the bearing system meets the requirements.
In the subsequent development work of electric axles, on the one hand, the emphasis will be placed on the topological optimization of the axle structure to ensure that it will be lightweight on the basis of meeting the performance requirements of the entire bridge; on the other hand, emphasis will be placed on the trial-production and performance of the entire bridge. The tests were carried out by the relevant motor manufacturers and the company's suppliers. The project is expected to end in June next year.
