(1) Upper yard: Set the stop device at a distance of not less than 2 meters (including 2 meters) from the slope point.
(2) 40 to 60 meters below the upper slope point: set the normally closed type of fishing cart.
(3) Within 15 to 20 meters of the lower slope point (the road lanes should be set above the ballast): Set the normally closed type of fishing cart.
(4) Middle: A certain number of blocking devices are added between 40 and 60 meters below the slope point and between the two stops of the lower yard depending on the actual length and slope. Among them, for inclined wells (lanes) with slope less than 8°, the distance between the blocks should not exceed 150 meters; for inclined wells with slopes greater than 8°, the distance between the blocks should not exceed 100 meters.
(5) A stop device is installed at the parking lot of the lower yard.
(6) A parking barrier is installed at the entrance of the lower yard.
(7) For locations where there are personnel working on the slope, an additional 1-2 stops shall be provided within 15 to 20 metres above it.
2. The roadblocks must be installed at the fixed hooks of all the alleys, inclined lanes and yards.
3. The car stop must be installed at the junction of each mining area.
4. Drilling wells, dark inclined wells, downhills, etc., should be equipped with a blocking device 20m away from the head.
5. Inclined well (alley):
1. Inclined wells (lanes) with an oblique length of less than 50 meters (including 50 meters), one set for each of the upper and lower yards.
2. The slant length is greater than 50 meters and the parking facilities are set according to the following regulations:
(1) Upper yard: A car stop is installed 2 meters away from the slope point.
(2) 40 to 60 meters below the upper slope point: set the axle-type fishing car.
(3) 20 meters above the lower slope point: set the axle-type fishing car.
(4) When the slope length is more than 200 meters, a shaft-type fishing car is added in the middle.
(5) A stop device is installed at the parking lot of the lower yard.
