Voith receives Lime Paper toilet paper machine orders again

Voith recently announced that it had officially signed a contract with Lee & Man Paper Manufacturing on June 7, 2016 in Dongguan, Guangdong, to provide them with TM11 and TM12 two tissue machines. The two paper machines will be installed at the Lee & Man Paper Factory in Dongguan and are scheduled to start operation in September and July 2017 respectively. Lime Paper has ordered three tissue machines TM3, TM9 and TM10 from Voith. The TM9 and TM10 will be switched on in March and May 2017 respectively. This means that from March to September 2017, every two months, a Voith paper machine will start up at the Liberal Paper mill. This reflects the great customer confidence in Voith and the recognition of the high quality products and services that Voith has provided over the years.

The TM11 and TM12 paper machines have a web width of 5.6 meters, a design speed of 2,200 meters per minute and a maximum operating speed of up to 2000 meters per minute. The two toilet paper machines use raw fiber as raw material, and each paper machine produces 60,000 tons of paper for daily use. According to the contract, Voith's scope of supply includes slurry preparation, sizing, broke treatment, white water system and two toilet paper machines. Among them, the NipcoFlex T shoe press technology, which can significantly save energy consumption, perfectly combines the 5.5 meter steel Yankee dryer and the high-performance steam hood with better heat transfer to achieve higher drying efficiency, ensuring paper quality While reducing energy consumption. Voith's scope of supply also includes well-established Voith automation systems such as DCS, MCS and QCS.
