The measures clarified the responsibilities of all parties: The Metro Group should configure security inspection facilities and equipment and select security inspection units to implement security inspections; security inspection units should conduct safety inspections on rail transit stations, passengers and their carried articles; Inspect and supervise the inspection work. Security inspection personnel should wear a safety inspection certificate when carrying out safety inspections; passengers who have not put on a safety inspection certificate to carry out inspections have the right to refuse inspection.
