Luminaires within a fixture must not exceed a specified wattage. When changing lights, removing covers, and fuses, the power must be turned off. Geothermal inspections should be done for safety lighting fixtures to ensure that no abnormalities occur. The accident light can't be used after the emergency turn on light under high temperature gas (140 degrees Celsius), and the new light fixture should be replaced. Do not place items such as paper and cloth near the luminaire or cover the luminaire. Lamps can no longer be repaired in places where there is a danger such as gas or steam, but should be carried out in a normal place. When it is not possible to carry out the work, it is necessary to ensure safe operation. Use warm water to scrub or wring out the cloth that is soaked in soapy water to scrub the lamp. Do not scrub with gasoline, volatile oil, etc. The metal part of the lamp can not be used at will. The dust behind the lamps should be cleaned with a dry cloth or tweezers.
In the course of replacement and maintenance, the explosion-proof lamp's flameproof joint shall be properly protected and shall not be damaged; the cleaned explosion-proof surface shall be coated with phosphated plaster or 204-1 anti-rust oil; no paint shall be applied on the flameproof surface; Corrosion layer, if there is a slight rust, after washing should be no pockmarked phenomenon. The seals used for dust protection and waterproofing must be kept intact. This is very important for the increased safety lighting. If the seal is seriously damaged, replace it with a seal of the same size and material and replace the entire light if necessary. When overhauling, pay attention to whether the lampshade is intact and replace it immediately if it is broken.
The use of LED explosion-proof lamps:
⊙ According to the actual lighting needs of the work site, determine the installation location and mode of the lamp, and then press the lamp to the distance of the 220V power contact point to prepare the corresponding length of the three-core cable (if the steel pipe wiring is adopted, the three-core cable line is introduced into the steel pipe to the lamp Installation place);
⊙ Remove the fixing screw on the wiring chamber first, and pull out the wiring part of the terminal box; take out the sealing ring and connector (with set screw) from the packing box and insert the cable in turn; then connect one end of the three-core cable separately. Into the box in the sign "L", "N" and the ground, press the cable with a pressure line card, and fixed with a fastening screw, and then tighten the connector, press the seal ring, and tighten the set screw from the side;
æ—‹ Screw the part of step 2 into the steel tube, install the set screw from the side and lock it, then install the lamp body along the guide rail of the junction box, then tighten the screws on the panel;
⊙ Finally, connect the other end of the three-core cable to the 220V power supply according to the explosion-proof requirements.
⊙ When replacing the lamp, first cut off the power, then use an Allen key to remove the set screws on the housing, use a large screwdriver or other tool to loosen the lamp cover 6 turns, then carefully remove the lamp cover by hand and unscrew it. Replace the old bulb with a new one.

⊙ It is forbidden to turn on the lamp with electricity.
