Analysis of two cases of dust removal in cement plant and their solutions
1, hoist and cement storage dust problem
1.1 There is a problem
A cement plant built four cement storage, Tic-Tac-tailed distribution. Back of each cement reservoir are set back air bag filter. Taking into account the hoist height of more than 40 m, the hoist inlet set a bag filter. Due to equipment selection, process design and maintenance management and other issues, elevator and cement warehouse top post environment is poor. The main reasons are as follows:
(1) The top of the reservoir adopts a back-blowing bag filter, which saves the compressed air pipe network. However, due to the weak cleaning capacity of the back-blowing bag filter, the dust accumulation of the filter bag is difficult to be cleaned in time and the filter bag Fouling "hypertrophy", not only the top dust removal effect is poor, and the filter bag life is short (3 to 5 months).
(2) Bucket elevator has a sealed shell, but easy to produce a large amount of dust in the bottom of the hoist receiving point. Taking into account the hoist height, in order to maintain the negative pressure within the shell, the lower part of the hoist exhaust. Due to the use of reverse blow air bag filter, affected by the rainy weather, coupled with the material humidity and other reasons, dust filter bags often appear fouling "hypertrophy" phenomenon. However, hoisting dust phenomenon is not very obvious.
(3) Since one bag filter is used at the top of each cement storehouse, there are totally 5 dust collectors on the top of the elevator and the cement storehouse, which not only increases the equipment maintenance workload, but also has higher operation cost and is uneconomical.
1.2 to solve the problem
Aiming at the problems existing in hoisting machine and dusting on the top of cement storehouses, the good practices of other cement enterprises are investigated, and the technological transformation is analyzed and compared after they are compared and analyzed.
(1) Remove the top of the cement and hoist bottom of the five precipitators, the new acquisition of 2 air box pulse bag filter, remove the bag filter ash bucket. Expand the top of the cement gallery exhaust outlet, the dust collector placed directly on top of the cement, fan outlet and take a direct connection with the way to reduce dust removal resistance.
(2) Considering the different varieties of each cement storehouse, set the low-grade cement storehouse far away from the hoist, and the dust remover is installed on the low-grade cement storehouse.
(3) In order to prevent the filter bag from falling off in the cement pool, install a 60mmx60mm steel mesh at the lower part of the baghouse box. Wire mesh installed in the channel shelf, channel side of the vibrator installed. Vibrator vibration once per class, each time 15S.
(4) 700mm duct connection at the top of two cement tanks. Two 300mm air ducts are installed on the shell of the hoisting machine head, butterfly valves are arranged on each tube, and the other end of the air duct is connected with the cement crest nearby. Open and close the corresponding butterfly valve according to the situation of cement storage.
1.3 effect
(1) After the above technological transformation, open the bag filter and switch the corresponding butterfly valve according to the situation of cement storage. Make full use of the bucket elevator work to lift the dust on the "fan effect", lifting machines and cement warehouse dust problems to solve. Not only that, the number of precipitator and fan equipment by the transformation of the five before, down to two. In ensuring the effectiveness of the premise of dust removal, reducing the number of devices, and each time only open a precipitator, which reduces equipment maintenance workload, but also greatly reduce the operating costs of equipment.
(2) Due to the influence of wet weather and rainy days, the phenomenon of cement knotting may occur on the anti-sacking steel wire mesh, affecting the ventilation of the precipitator. After installing the vibrator, the problem is solved.
(3) Due to the air box pulse bag filter, its cleaning ability, filter bag life of up to 3 years. Bag maintenance workload decreased, production costs have also been reduced.
2, pipe dust detection hole problems and solutions
