· Youke Homa acquires industrial tire manufacturer

Recently, Japanese tire manufacturer Yuko Homa announced that it is acquiring Aichi Tire Industries.

Aichi Tire is located in Aichi Prefecture, Japan, and its main business is industrial tires, such as solid fork tires and industrial machinery tires.

The company's annual sales are around $65 million.

The acquisition is expected to be completed in March 2017, and Youke Homa has not disclosed specific trading terms.

It is understood that this acquisition is in line with the established strategy of U-Korma to expand the industrial tire business.

In 2016, the company spent US$1.18 billion to win the famous Indian tire company ATG.

ATG is highly competitive in agricultural tires, industrial tires, construction and forestry machinery tires.

In addition, Youke Homa spent $300 million to build a commercial truck tire factory in the United States.
